Cleaning with high pressure water is an industry and time proven
technology. The power of high pressure water can strip away virtually
any product build-up, even in tight spaces without the use of chemicals.
Power Services Company's industrial cleaning technicians can
effectively remove deposits from boilers, evaporators, tanks and
vessels, pipes, onduits and sewer lines, heat transfer equipment,
digesters, condensers, and many others surfaces. Flow rates 120 GPM and
up to 40K PSI are available. Quick change fluid ends allow us to change
pressures in less than 20 minutes saving our customers down time and
money.
Applications: Heat exchanger and pipe cleaning, surface preparation,
tank and tote cleaning, concrete cleaning, spot repair and
hydrodemolition
Dry Ice Blasting
Dry Ice Blasting provides a quick, safe, non-conductive, environmentally
responsible cleaning process that allows equipment to be cleaned
in-place, without cool down or disassembly. In addition, the Outage time
typically needed for cleaning can be reduced up to 65% with the benefit
of no secondary waste. Power Services Company has found this to be an
effective non-abrasive process that restores both rotating and
stationary electrical equipment to peak performance extending the life
and eliminating costly repairs or replacement with dramatically shorter
outages. Dry Ice Blasting effectively removes 99.9% of mold spores from
wood and it does so up 80% faster than traditional cleaning methods.
